Mini Pizza Bagels

Ingredients

  • 8 mini bagels, halved

  • 1 cup Hidden Foods Marinara pasta sauce

  • 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese

  • Mini pepperoni, sliced, or assorted vegetables (bell peppers, mushrooms, olives, etc.)

  • Optional: dried oregano, red pepper flakes, or fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven:
    Set your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

  2. Prepare the bagels:
    Slice each mini bagel in half horizontally. Place them cut-side up on the prepared baking sheet.

  3. Assemble the mini pizzas:
    Spread about 1–2 tablespoons of Hidden Foods Marinara sauce over each bagel half. Sprinkle evenly with shredded mozzarella cheese. Top with mini pepperoni or your choice of vegetables. Optional: sprinkle a pinch of dried oregano or red pepper flakes for added flavor.

  4. Bake:
    Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 8–10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and lightly golden.

  5. Serve:
    Remove from the oven and let cool for 1–2 minutes. Garnish with fresh basil if desired. Serve warm as a snack, appetizer, or kid-friendly meal.
