Hidden Foods Tuscan Lasagna

Prep:

  1. Prepare béchamel sauce

Béchamel Sauce Ingredients:

  1. 3 cups milk (warmed)
  2. 4 tbs butter
  3. 4 tbs flour

Béchamel Instructions:

  1. Using a whisk, combine and butter and flour in a sauce pan, continuously stirring until golden and all flour has "cooked out" (about 3 mins). 
  2. Add warm milk and continue to stir. 
  3. Bring to a boil and simmer for 2-3 mins.

To make lasagne:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Grease an 8 x 13 in. baking pan. 
  3. Spread 2-3 spoonfuls of béchamel sauce on the bottom. 
  4. Cover with one layer of lasagna sheets. 
  5. Spread 3/4 cup of Hidden Foods Ragu with Italian Sausage sauce over sheets. 
  6. Sprinkle 3/4 cup parmesan cheese on sauce. 
  7. Repeat 3-4 times starting by drizzling the béchamel sauce over the previous layer of parmesan cheese. 
  8. Top final layer with all remaining cheese, adding more if needed to fully cover.
  9. Bake for 45-50 mins until lasagna is bubbling.
