Frozen Hot Cocoa Milkshake

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk (whole, 2%, or your preferred milk alternative)

  • 2 tablespoons Hidden Foods hot cocoa mix

  • 2 scoops vanilla or chocolate ice cream

  • Optional toppings: whipped cream, extra cocoa powder, crushed graham crackers, chocolate syrup, or mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Prepare the blender:
    Add 1 cup milk to a blender.

  2. Add cocoa and ice cream:
    Stir in 2 tablespoons hot cocoa mix and 2 scoops ice cream. For extra flavor, you can add a splash of vanilla extract or a pinch of cinnamon.

  3. Blend:
    Blend on high until smooth and creamy. If the milkshake is too thick, add a little more milk and blend again until you reach your desired consistency.

  4. Serve:
    Pour into a tall glass.

  5. Top and garnish:
    Add whipped cream, then sprinkle a little cocoa mix, crushed graham crackers, or chocolate syrup on top. Mini marshmallows can also be added for a fun, hot cocoa feel.

  6. Enjoy immediately:
    Serve with a straw or a spoon for a decadent frozen treat.


Optional variations:

  • Minty twist: Add ¼ teaspoon peppermint extract for a chocolate-mint milkshake.

  • Mocha flavor: Add 1 teaspoon instant coffee granules for a coffee-chocolate milkshake.

  • Double chocolate: Blend in 1–2 tablespoons of chocolate syrup or chocolate chips.
