2 tbs Hidden Foods Hot Cocoa mix

1 tbs milk

Butter or oil for the pan
Instructions

Prepare your base batter:
Mix your regular pancake batter as you normally would and set aside. -
Make the cocoa swirl:
In a small bowl, scoop out ½ cup of the prepared batter.
Stir in 2 tablespoons hot cocoa mix and 1 tablespoon milk until smooth and chocolatey.
This will be your swirl mixture. -
Heat the pan:
Warm a nonstick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Lightly grease with butter or oil. -
Create the swirl effect:
Pour a small circle of regular pancake batter onto the pan.
Spoon or drizzle a little of the cocoa batter on top and use a toothpick or knife to gently swirl it into the plain batter for a marbled look. -
Cook:
Let the pancakes cook until bubbles form on the surface and the edges look set, then flip.
Cook for another 1–2 minutes until fluffy and fully cooked. -
Serve:
Stack warm pancakes and enjoy as-is, or top with maple syrup, powdered sugar, or whipped cream for a dessert-like breakfast.
