I tried the Hidden Foods Co. Homestyle Pancake & Waffle Mix this morning, and I was genuinely surprised in a good way.
First off, it’s really easy to make. You just add water, mix it up, and you’re good to go. I had to tweak the water slightly to get the batter where I wanted it, but once I did, the consistency was spot on.
Cooking them was straightforward. They cooked evenly, flipped easily, and came out looking like classic homemade pancakes. No weird texture, no burning issues, nothing fussy.
The biggest surprise was the taste. They’re light, fluffy, and honestly just taste like normal pancakes. If I didn’t know there were fruits and vegetables hidden in the mix, I wouldn’t have guessed. There’s no odd flavor or aftertaste at all.
If you’re someone who wants a quick breakfast that still feels homemade, and you like the idea of sneaking in some extra nutrition, then this is a solid option. I’d definitely buy these again and would recommend giving them a try.

This pancake mix is everything! Not only does it taste great but it has all the healthy stuff I’d normally fight to get my kids to eat. Highly recommend!

This mix was easy to use & actually tasted great while hiding from my kids that they were good for them! Loved the flavor. Will certainly buy again!

My girls really loved this pancake mix. It was super easy “just add water” and you’re good to go! Definitely a fan favorite in my house!
